I need to be able to get back a file that was accidentally deleted. How would I do this? The file was deleted by the system and therefore was not in the recycle bin. I'm running windows XP

There are serveral (http://download.com.com/3120-20-0.html?qt=undelete&tg=dl-2001) on download.com. I've had limited success recovering a deleted file. The demos are generally restricted to 128k or 64k files.
