Ok, so as I was setting up Microsoft Outlook a few weeks ago, I noticed that there were about 6 or 7 profiles (or identities) set up on my computer. I thought to myself, "that's rediculous. I know we don't use any of those." Then I deleted them. Then I found out today that my mom used one of them for her address book in Corel Word Perfect (I didn't know at the time that Corel used profiles). She had over 200 addresses in there... Needless to say, she was no excited.

So, is there any way to restore a deleted profile? (If not I'm going to have to recreate the whole thing from scratch *shudder*)

search the internet for an undelete program, whenever you delete somthing it is never truly gone, crtain programs can read the magnetic ghosts of old data on your drive and restore them, though maybe not perfectly.

this is the reason i use supershredder to destroy data i dont want anyone to know i have, it scrambles, then overwrites, and then encodes, then overwrites again files 27 times each (27 of any prosess is limit of file recovery)

but your problem may be solvable, search on google for undelete programs.

You could try using undelete software and see if you can recover the profiles. I'm not sure on the exact path of where they were located though.
