View Full Version : Win2k Pro hangs on boot up.

After I log on to a user or Admnin, it just hangs. Any ideas?

It was in Bobcaygeon, when I saw the constellations reveal themselves one star at a time.

Well, I'd need to know more about your comp to have any suggestions.
Is this on a new computer, or did you make any changes recently, what are the specs, etcetera.
The first thing I'd try is booting into safe mode and seeing what happens then.

IBM NetVista PIII 800, onboard sound (AC97) and video (?).
Safe Mode does the same thing. When I select boot into safe mode, it hangs.

IE 6, DX 8.1a, Out Look Express...
I haven't dl'ed any updates yet though.
