View Full Version : Case Troubles - CD trays not right....

You know the bays where the CD drives are placed in the case, and how they are supposed to have some kind of support runners that hold them in place of where the screws go.... well i dont have those and i dont even have screw holes ..... i have a Chieftec DX-01BD.
Screens of my problem....(pardon the crummy webcam pics, i dont have a dig cam)

where did you buy the case? if it's eBay you need to email the seller ASAP and complain about missing parts.
if it's newegg you bought from there should be no trouble in straightening it out with them.

it is newegg, but they dont offer any kind of tech support... so basically i have to find my own help.

You're supposed to have some kind of plastic clip things on either side.

yes my case is similiar and I had the same problem and spent an hour just staring at the case before i figured it out!
