then it says something like, "Please Restart your computer. If this has happened before contact your manufacturer."

Begining Dump of physical Memory.

I was able to get the computer to boot before that. I think that this memory may not be sitting in its slot correctly, but im not sure.

well before this problem arose, nothing. I did take the memory out after the problem occured, but I replaced that and the computer booted again. The only thing that prompted me there was an error was an odd beeping sound as the computer was being used.

As the comp was being used or while it was booting?
What was the beeping sound like? Short? Long? How many?
