#1. Its a PCI card. If you have an AGP slot, you do NOT want a PCI card. If you DON'T have an AGP slot, go get a new motherboard with one.
#2. Geforce FX cards are crap compared to the Radeon cards.
#3. I have no idea what 95 quid is.

A quid is a pound, so ~$152. But yeah, get AGP, PCI is generally more expensive and not as good (in my experience).

for agp i need a new motherboard and a new case then the card as well wich adds up to 115 quid not including case.

You've probably got your keyboard set to US, change it in control panel.
Besides that problem, what are the rest of your specs? Depending what you already have, a new graphics card might not give much of a performace boost.

sis onboard sound and 64MB graphics

In that case i'd say yes, it probably IS worth upgrading your graphics card, but dont expect drastic improvements with that card however you will get improved performace. IMO you'd be better off getting a slightly faster card... if you can afford it.

It won't be necessarily faster, it'll just end up being more compatible, aka, less problems with games. But it definately won't be too much faster.
