I have a folder on my F drive and i don't know does it belong to there... It wouldn't worry me, but the name is worrying: d28d398e5134f1dcffec7f
It contains file called download, and I can't access the the file dowload, so I don't know what's inside it.and it takes 1kb of size. I thought It might be a virus or something, but f-secure didn't find anything... So does it belong to my computer or not?
Of course, it might be an ordinary file but I don't know.

Can you delete it? If you're worried about deleting an important file, try saving it to a disc and deleting it first. If it's a necessary file you can always put it back.

I'd say if it isn't broken don't fix it. If it's only 1kb and you're not having any virus-like problems, why worry?

It may be an index file, XP puts index files on everydrive(in my case anyways) their generaly hidden though... I don't know why you can see it.
