Ok, backstory:

Played practical joke on roommate changing his desktop to tubgirl. Roommate retaliated and being the computer nerd he is, disabled my Display options from the Control Panel.

I am the system administrator on my computer. How do I change the access so I can use the Display control panel? I deleted my screensaver yesterday because I thought it was some program I wasnt using and now I cant activate a new screensaver.

Its a local policy. Load up the policy plugin in the MMC and turn the option off.

Ok, and now how do I load up the policy plug-in? If you can remember, if not I'll try some other sources of info.
