say i want to modify the concussion rifel, and i know the cog i want to use... what do i do?

Sorry, your question is way to vague. Change stuff in the conc rifle cog, if you want it to work differently. Or do you have a pre-fab cog to replace it with? In that case you need to edit 1 of 2 files:

MP=Static.jkl
SP=items.dat

Either will need to be gobbed up with the level, and will need to be launched by:

MP=Patch Commander
SP=.bat or Patch Commander

What do you need to do? Are you able to open the cog? Do you need to do something to the cog itself?
