View Full Version : camera cog crashes 20% of the time

Ive got a completed level, all except for this cog trap that is crashing. Originally i had the cameras opperating in MotS which works fiene. This was converted over to jk so i tried to do what Empire's Night Club does and have the trap button call a camera view where the trap is. I used the camera cog and the jed camera switch but both are causing a crash SOME of the time. I know i must just be implimenting it wrong because ive never seen other levels crash that use this kinda cog. Any help would be most appreciated.

if the thing the camera is set to somehow disapears or whatever when the player's camera is set to it , that crashes it.

Its a ghost position I dont think it disappears. Why would it? I am wondering if the number of explosions from the trap could cause the crash...Each of the three trap/cameras has about 8 projectiles and shoot about 4 rounds. Each camera is set for about 4 seconds.

yeah.. detinator explosion can crash the game.. i've seen it on a bunch of different cards .. so maybe that's teh problem..

Well the level never crashed when i tested the MotS version. Is Jedi Knight less equipped to deal with multiple projectiles or detonators?
I have verylittle doubt that JK is less formidable than MotS.
