Need a simple door cog

Hello all...
I am in need of a cog that will open a door either on startup, when an adjoin is crossed, or when a player enters a sector. If this cog is already made, Im not aware of it so please point me in the right direction.

I think Blades of Death (The muiltiplayer map) has the door cog your talking about.
