Is it possible to create an elevator that will be just above a waterline so that when a player steps on the elevator, it will move up and take the player out of the water, instead of the way explained in the tutorial which was setting up surfaces to for the player to walk over. Basically, is there a cog I can use now, or do I have to get someone to make one? Thanks,

Follow the link in my sig. Cogs > Door cogs > Ultimate door cog.

I know, its a door cog. But it does spiffay elevators too...

To set up this kind of elevator:

Install the cog.

Set 'Door0' as your elevator.

Set 'Allow_door' to 0.

Set 'Touch_thing' as your elevator.

Ensure the frames are set correctly on your elevator.

Save, and test the level.
