I just completed a new cogscript parser named Parsec. It's not as pretty as CogWriter, but the syntax check is a lot more thorough. Download it from Sabers Domain (http://www.geocities.com\sabersdomain\fileframe.html) and tell me what you think.
Let me add that is for Jedi Knight only. Also, please report any bugs that you find - the beta-testing was a bit rushed.

Just tried it, didn't work http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif
I got WinXP, I made the working directory change and did every method written in the install.html, but the window opens with black background and nothing gets printed.

Im running Win2k, and it works like a charm.. http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif It even detected a few errors in old poc-cogs of mine...

Great program, keep up the good work.

Hideki: The DOS window comes up with nothing in it? The text interface never appears? I have WinXP and Parsec works well on it. I've never had that type of error. You might try downloading it again.
Glad you like it, GBK. http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif

Right, plain black in opened DOS window. I did this.
1. Unzipped the downloaded zip.
2. Changed the property of "Working Directory" to the directory unzipped by right clicking the exe.
3. Dragged a cog over the newly(automatically) created dos shortcut. (Cog was in same dir)
4. I got a total black screen in the DOS window...

I just tried doing exactly that, and it works normally. I'll post on this in the Tech Forum and see if someone knows about this.

Well, I don't know why it won't work for you, Hideki. Sorry. http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif
I'm leaving on a two week trip tomorrow, so I won't be around for a while. See you later. http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif

Ditch XP and install a copy of Win2k....
