I've got this great new weapon cog worked out, and I've put in the crossbow's place. The catch is I want it to use energy cells, and not power cells. I've set the cog to check and modify bin 11, but it still displays the power cells ammo count. How do I fix this? Thanks.

you can work around it by storing the amount of power cells in a variable at selection of the weapon, then set the power cell amount aequivalent to the energy cell amount (still at selection). In the fire message, decrease both ammo types, and at deselection, restore the old power cell amount. Was this understandable at all?

oh, and you also need to add killed/newplayer messages, to keep the bugs out http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif .

I understand, but I have to say I don't like it. Is that the only way to do it? Cause it sounds like a royal pain.
