Cheat Codes via Cog

Is there a way to activate jk's cheat codes through cog? I'd especially like to use the slowmo cheat for some Matrix-style cutscenes, or possibly at certain places in-game.

If that doesn't work, then you could try making slowmotion KEY files (if this is only for Cut-Scenes). I'm not sure but I think the SlowMo cheat slows everything down, including camera movement, so sometimes using KEY animations is better.
