I really like the new lips but the head looks a little lumpy. Also, the ears look as thin as paper for some reason.

For god's sake people, this is concept art! It doesn't have to look like an actual human's skull structure. If someone told H.R. Geiger that his concept art's head was too long and the eyes weren't visible and the thing's mouth shouldn't have a mouth inside of it and its skeleton should be on the inside of his body and it shouldn't have a tail and it shouldn't have the spikes on its back and it shouldn't be black and slimy...then the movie "Alien" would not be here today. Besides, drawing a regular human being gets boring after awhile. Expand your mind's creativity and think for yourself, not the way society has taught you how to think.

Final update for tonight.

Well Trige, the case of aliens was a little different. For one thing, he wasn't holding himself strongly to human anatomy. He came up with his proportions, his own skeleton (an exoskeleton in this case). In my case, I want my character to look human, but with minorly unique features. I want people to think "Hey, that's a neat looking elf", not "What the hell is up with that alien's skull?"

Anyway, shouldn't the back of the ears be attached to the head slightly further up? Just looks kinda weird, and I know it's an elf but they do seem to stick out too much.
