Well in MatMaster you just click the little button with a T on it (says "transparency on/off" when you hold your mouse on it) and then click the color thingie next to it and choose the color you want to be transparent, then save the mat... not sure how to do it in Mat16, though.

well, considering this is a JK texture that is already ingame, i dont know why its not trans.. (its the only non-custom texture. :P
