How do you make fountains in a level like in the Mysteries of hte Sith Level KAEROBANI'S BASE? Is there a cog for it?????

I don't remember that level, but it's probably animated mats or particles

Thanks..I think I know how I can make my own cog by creating random particles in some kind of formation...(in the level it is all spark animation!).
