I'm working on a JK-level and I need a particle cog. It's for an antigravity pipe. Where can I get one? (I don't understand how to create cogs)

I've got this one, but i didn't know how to change so that it's how I like it, but I've an other one (from 6000 Blocks) and I may use it... but thanks anyway!
