It's a simple cog, but can somebody please make a cog for me? This is what I need:

The cog must generate a flash in a sector at random intervals.

And with every flash it must make a sound, it must support up to four sounds which are played randomly with every flash (or maybe after the flash, but it must be connected to the flash).

It has to support up to 4 sectors.

If somebody would be so kind to post it here, thx.

I forgot, It has to be for multiplayer. Everybody has to c the flash and hear the sound. the sound must play throughout the whole sector (the flash must be seen throughout the whole sector)
