Do all cogs in multiplayer levels produce lag? I know stuff like doors and moving things do, but do cogs like fog, surface anim and conveyor?

Fog, Surface anim, and conveyor belts do not cause lag. The reason is that they are a local cog and do not need to be sent to other players, therefore not causing lag
