Teleport Sector cog?

Ok first off I know nothing about cog, but I ran into a problem on my level when I couldn't find this cog I need, so I decided to ask here.

I need a cog that when the player enters a sector it teleports him to a ghost position.

Anyone have one, or knows how to make it?
