I know this must have been asked before, but how do you get an enemy to use a new weapon? I'm asuming its cog work...

To alternate the current weapon, edit the templates of the enemy weapon, you need to cut and paste the original ones from the level jkl file and paste that in static.jkl adding a world template section.

Or to add a new weapon mode, here.

This is for a mod or a level?

TC actually, if I ever finish it that is...
Couldnt that stun tutortial be translated to the ST Rifle. I'm asking because I'm trying to make a Ghostbusters Co-Op thing and I need it so the Proton Gun stuns the enemies when it hits them and have it released shortly after firing is ceased.

Sure you can, you can add the cog to the template of the proton gun projectile.

I'm using lightning as the projectile, yet I'm not sure how to get a look at it (where can I view the template)... Not a very good cog person, I'm just a 3do editor...

Get master.tpl from JED and cut and paste it in a newly created template section in a static.jkl file which goes in "jkl" dir.

About templates, there is a doc on it in the jkl section of jkspec.

One thing though... How much difference is there if I'm editing MotS and not Jedi Knight?
