I need some help with developing a sword with two toggle-able blades, much like the lightstaff without the saber mats.

I want each of the blades to be toggled using hotkeys, and both blades to do damage.

I realize that there are other things to do besides cogging (3do's, mats, etc.). And since cogging is my weakest point, I thought I'd post here for cogging help or to find out if it's even possible.

Please reply if you are able to relay any help in this matter.

possible yes i think i know how to do it but i am busy i can explain it to ya a little later

read the saber to sword(something like that...) tutorial.

okay ueah i forgot there is a tutorial on sword making. get that one on massassi then just follow those instructions and the ones for the double saber and your done
