Where do I find some COG tutorials?

Not interested in level editing or anything like that, but I want to experiment with COG and make stormtroopers fly apart when you shoot em and grans jump up and down and flip you off when you shoot them in the foot. That sounds fun, but I can't find COG tutorials ANYWHERE.
