I can never make elevators work. I followed Brian's tutorial word for word, but the elevator didn't function. Please help me!!

OK, haven't been here in a while...

Make sure you answer yes to these questions:

Do you have an elevator cog?

Do you have an elevator, w/ frames and stuff?

Did you apply the elevator cog to the elevator?

Does the elevator cog ever tell the elevator to move?

Does the elevator do anything? If yes, what?

Sorry if any of these questions make you feel like I'm talking to a 3 yr-old; I just need the basics before I can give you exact help.
