How do I write cog??!?!? I read the tutorial on it, and it didn't help one bit. Please, could someone point me in the right direction!

*looks around* I can't cog worth crap. Thats why for the most part I use the ones in Res2.gob, or others I've personally asked for on this forum or found at Massassi.net [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

If you really want to take up cogging, start with getting CogWriter. I even have that and it helps when I want to quick edit a cog to fit my level better. Other than that, hope that someone other than me can reply and know what the heck they are talking about [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

Give yourself up to God as a living sacrafice.
It's not about you, it's about HIM. Its not your life, it's HIS.
Take up your cross daily and walk with HIM.
Have no fear, for the LORD is with you.

Christianity is the only religion in the world where God reaches down to us 'cuz we can't reach up to Him. Aren't you glad He reaches down to us?

In my mind I can see your face, as Your love pours down in a shower of grace. Some people tell me that Your just a dream, but my faith is the evidence of things unseen.

Once upon a time God spoke to me, and then I was never the same again.

Cogwriter is good for error-checking cogs, but it can be a nuisance when you load cogs with it. Also, the font is too small for me. I would reccomend Editplus 2. There are some syntax and autocomplete files for it here at Massassi.

A warning, though, Editplus will try to line up all of the tab spaces. Once, it made the tab spaces no larger than the normal space between two side by side letters. I only found out that was the problem when I posted the cog on this UBB forum and saw the tabs.

You lucky people, in my day when I learnt cog, I did it all on my own looking LEC and TC's cogs. I taught myself.

Wow, weldone Seifer, you're the man.

You had darkness falls, jkspec at that time,
and all the LEC cogs, which are most essential to learn cogs of course.

Just new techniques had been found in the years. Not too much about how to write cogs.

Trust me , I din't know about the jkspecs, I didn't have RES2.gob on my HD so i coudlen't extract any LEC cogs.

I ddin't know anyone else that cogged. So I was in the dark.
