Is there a way to get vector from a frame ?

For example, a ting with 4 frames. Can I get a vector of the 2nd one ?

ok, so you have a thing with 4 frames. An elevator for example.
In your cog, you will have the elevator thing and the number of frames.
I was searching for a function that will return the position (vector) of each frame without moving the elevator.
