Anyone know if there is a cog out there that will make a light flash in a set pattern, as in a police car's lightbar? I would like to get the effect so that a crime scene looks like a real crime scene with lights flashing and everything.

you mean like flash blue then flash white then blue ans so on?

No, I want a cog that will flash one light blue for like half a second then wait another half a second, then flash again. I would set up three of four seperate lights with different colors (so it would be MOTS) all running at different times to make it so that there are different lights flashing at different times.
