Though this may be an easy on some of you, I've never done so before and I wonder how one would go about detecting a collison with a surfaces generally, not just those defined by variables in the cog. Can somebody tell me what my options are?

You could have an entered message (oddly, the entered message is also for when a surface is touched) and check to see if GetSenderRef() is a surface.
Capitalization
Commas
Periods
Question Marks
Apostrophes
Confusable Words
Plague Words

The thing is that one... the COG shall react on any surface. If I just simply insert a message without specifing to which surfaces it is restricted, then it simply never gets to the message. That's my only problem so far. Any other ideas?
