[edit]scratch that I just need to know how you make a weapon repeat. Like the repeater, you hold the button down and it keeps firing until you let go.[/edit]

change the firerate varialbe in the weapons cog...i think .15 is pretty fast, maybe 600 rounds per minute or so

So far as I know all weapons "repeat", as you call it, but some repeat slower.

A weapon repeats when you fire the projectile in the fire message. If you fire the projectile in the activated or deactivated message, then you only fire once per keypress.

Activated: runs when you press one of the fire keys. Fire: runs as long as the weapon is activated. And deactivated: runs when you let go of the fire key.

Yeah, what do you mean "no." ?? All weapons keep going until you let go. If you want something to fire in a constant stream, just use a low fire rate, like the repeater, which is has a .1 second delay between each round, which is 600 RPM.

Frantic is right. All weapons do not repeat. IE, thermal detonators and crossbow.

It seems to me that Frantic is asking what makes a weapon repeat rather than how fast it repeats.

That's right, I guess I wrongfully assumed that he used an existing weapon cog as a base.

All I did was change the keyframe for secondary saber fire...And by "no" I meant "No, you're wrong". It IS in the fire message by the way, not activated.

If all you did was change the key, it should still repeat. I just tried changing the chargeAnim keyframe to a mounting anim and it still repeats. Are you sure this new keyframe works? You might try taking the original weap_saber and changing just the charge animation.
