Rain cog?

Does anyone know where I can find a rain cog?If so, could somebody tell me a little pros, and cons about one? Just incase because, if its gonna be a big bother to add the cog I won't. Thx for any help

Yes, right here.

Thats El3ctro's cog. It includes a sprite, and the instructions. Its fairly easy.

Lol thx. After I posted, I found the cog on Massassi . I didn't think people send in cogs or mats to Massassi anymore so I didn't check. Silly me!
