ok, I need an automatic elevator cog. when a player steps on the elev. it goes up. when it gets to top it waits 5 seconds, then goes back down. Thanks!

This is an updated version of my 'Ultimate door cog'. It was meant for doors, but I have found it can handle simple evelators with ease.

Its not the cog, you dont have the variables right. Once you understand the functions - its a breeze.

To set up an elevator, you only need the following variables:


Set 'Door0' as your elevator.

Set 'Allow_door' to 0.

Set 'Touch_thing' as your elevator.

Tweak the 'Movespeed' and 'Lastframe' to your liking, but it sould work with default settings.

Hmm, Ive just reworked that cog. It had a few bugs in it. You might want to try the new version.
