I want a sector that will hurt u when u go in it... Like Lava... And GBK Can you help me with the copying and pasting and this COG?? Thanks

ok, there is a cog that will do this. when you press add cog key, the screen comes up, right? ok, find s4l1_damage.cog
just fill in the blanks and that should do it!
