If you mean the source code to the graphics/game engine, then no, there is no way to get it. LucasArts never released it.

You can edit the game, though, changing levels, textures, models, animations, sounds, and more, without accessing the C (or C++?) source code. Programming for JK is done via a scripting language called Cog.
