Ok Coggers. I Just need a simple cog that in a certain sector It Flashes like disco lights. (ya know like in Empire Night club? That OLD level? the lights in the party area) GBK I know u can do it. please put me to a link that lets me download it

Im afraid Ive never played 'Empire night club'. Youll have to describe the effect in more detail.
