Has anyone here ever played Counter-Strike? Wouldnt it be great to really hit ppl when you shoot at the ppl instead of in front of them? Well, i was thinking, if you send some sort of signal when you hit a player to said player to tell him hes hit, instead of the way jk does it all locally, that would surely be the first step. If anyone has hints or code which can do the trick, the please post and answer.

So you want it so when you shot someone they get hurt even if on their pc it doesnt hit them?

You could probably go around that using triggers or something... dont know.

Yeah, i think it should involve triggers, but is there some other way? I dont know how other games do it cause i cant see the sourcecode and i dont know how to reverse engineer anything. Since you can get shot in CS after running behind a wall by the guys you ran away from (lagshots) i think they might be doing the same thing.
