I was wondering, is there any way to store a bin number inside a .MPC (multiplayer character).

If not, what about in a .PLR (player) file?

Theres no way that a cog can write to any file, JK or otherwise.

That's not what he's asking, Hell Raiser. You can indicate bin values (i.e. a bin's count) in MotS .per personality files, but that's about it. You can't modify any other file.
