Is it possible to add flags to a thing like the force protect bubble? Because i want to add magseal flags to it so shots bounce off the shield.

just add the flags to the player protected by the bubble...it will generate the same visual effect. You might want to look at the repulsorfield in PWP2.

No, i want it to be as much as a disadvantage as a advantage.

ah, i see...well, this could be a bit more difficult then. You might have to attach a different template. What about a translucent sphere?

The Force protect pubble is a particle system, you need a sphere 3do, like the KFY bubble from MotS.

The default spheroid sector in JED should suit you fine, but if you want a real low-poly sphere you should read the dome tutorial in the tutorial sections and merge two domes together.

This belongs on the main editing forum.

well...a JK editor without JED knowledge isn't worth a penny.
Once you got your 3do, create the following template and attach it to the player:

bubble none orient=(0/0/0) type=cog collide=3 model3d=xxx.3do size=0.15 movesize=0.15 move=path thingflags=0xC

that should work.

If you dont like the 3do look, just set its Geomode to 0. That way it won't be visible. You can then create your particle, too.
