Is it possible?
I want one so that if you have a key and activate a thing it will add money to your account.

why not? use a new bin to store the money, and in the cog, check if the player has the key...

Well, if it's for MP, using BINs wouldnt work. 'Setthinguserdata()' on the player would problably be the best trick, but that would make the level incompatable with some mods.
