force pull and move to frame

is there a way to make it so that when an object is force pulled it will move to a frame?

Look in the Mots level in the corellian corvette where pirates board you. In the hangar you have to force pull a switch to open the hangar doors; you should be able to pull what you need from that cog

tired that already, i think "skill" is MotS only. I did what i could to duplicate what they had there, didn't work. any other suggestions?
