Find it here.

Its a beta, but I expect no bugs. A few features arent yet completed, namely the "Add Verb" dialog.

Current features:

  • Clean, simple interface.
  • Fully-functional drag & drop.
  • Size/position memory.
  • Parsec integration.
  • Built-in hex calculator (and flag selector).
  • Find/replace features.
  • "Always on top" for all relevent dialogs.
  • "Symbol builder", for quickly building large arrays.
  • Customizable template cog.

Features I hope to implement in future versions:
  • Photoshop-style undo.
  • Syntax checking.
  • VB-style message listbox.
  • Auto-formatting.
  • Auto-completion, and automatic addition of end brackets/parenthesis/quotes.
  • Auto-piliot mode. Telepathically transmit the desired cog, and it will be written for you.

Bug reports are welcome, as are new feature suggestions.

To you guys that have been waiting - Im sorry it took so long. Work and school take up alot of time. Just be glad I dont have a girlfriend. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]

What with me being such a useless cogging cretin and all, this program must have been made for me!
Code:
if(getThingFlags(source) & 0x8){
  do her}
elseif(getThingFlags(source) & 0x4){
  do other babe}
else{
  do a dude}

Lookin very nice GBK, can't wait for those other functions to be implamented. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

Maybe some color customization could be put in? [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

Oh and, geebus cripes! Just because variables aren't defined doesn't mean the cog won't work.

Uhh I can't get it to run. It says
"Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"
Anyone know what's wrong? I have jed version .95, I put it in the plugins folder, and I ran it through jed but it came up with that error.

It's a stand alone program, you don't have to run it through jed.

Well either way it gives me the error. Any ideas?

I don't know if I do. I don't think I have a visual basic editor, if that answers your question. If not, how do I check?

Ok the files GBK sent to me got it to work. Well, I think that this is going to be a great program when finished. As for right now, the parsec thing won't load properly. The verb section should be organized like datamaster, with catagories for weapons and cameras... Overall I really like it. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]
