...missing actions inside of them. (SORRY!)

Okay, I made a level and put traps in it that were activated by switches. I hadn't tooled with the map for awhile until just resently. I've added things to the map, and now the traps won't work. I looked at the cogs area in JED and refreshed the list to see if that was the problem, and all of the surfaces and ghosts are correct in the cog. I dunno what to make of it.

Do the things/surfaces that send messages to the cog (like when you activate them) have a "used in cog" flag set?

Yes, and I've fixed the problem now. The cogs that I used in the level for some reason weren't in my project folder, so I had to get new ones, and they work again.
