item_shields.cog clearly runs its damaged message before kyle.cog gets a hold of it. Why? Anyone know or have any ideas?

Haven't got a clue. Unless JK goes through the inventory bins and sends the message to the ones with 0x10 set before it goes on to template/level cogs.
