I've made a cinamatic cog for JK and one of the Things was named 8t88. The Cog did't start until I changed his name to Droid.......

This post is only here to say what the people before it have already stated, merely in newer words.

In the C++ style programming of cog, numbers are not allowed in the start of the variable name.

In addition, I think that symbols (aka +, -, _ etc.) are also not allowed.
