What's the deal?

So, what's the deal with dynamic lights? I put them in my level, and guess what? They're not lighting!
I've got a website. It's at Geocities because I'm too cheap to get my own site.

two main things:
1. is the dynamic light near a vertex?
2. did you remember to calculate the lighting in JED?

Also, which dynamic light template did you use?

I was using light0.0, but now I swiched to 1.0 and it works. What's the difference from regular lights? other than its a thing instead of a light

Mainly, they can be moved in-game and they light 3dos when they pass by the light thing; neither of which regular lights do.

There's other details as well. They are known to flicker, and you can't specifically control the range. (Range is based on intensity)

Dynamic lights are mostly used together with 3do architecture, because they allow very smooth shading of these pieces. Sometimes they are also used because of their dynamic nature, mainly for special effects, when they are moved around, or their intensity is changed ingame.
