Hmmm... I get that all the time too. It doesn't seem bad, since I've usually been able to ignore it by pressing 'close'. However, it does seem to ignore the last thing you did. This is my computer. What actually happens on your computer?

All I do is hit undo and try cleaving the opposite direction. It usually works without any error...
