Howdey. Ill get straight to the point. this is probably common, but i dont know how to fix it. i took multiplayer yuns body, rematted it, and added to the torso. his right hand isnt lined up with his forearm. i tried to take the compare the K_RHAND heirarchy in my guy with that of another, working guy. It just got screwed up more. Help? :D

In a text editor, check that the right hand node (at the very end of the file) matches the original 3do, and also check the insert offset of the 3do somewhere near the beginning of the file.

yup, I'm going to write a tutorial... or maybe I'll make someone write a plugin that fixes models for you? This question is asked probably twice a month. [I'm not saying you shouldn't have asked, just notiicing how frequent people have this issue yet don't know how to fix it]

S'why I never got into making new characters, really. I never had a good tutorial, just the specs...and I just can't read that stuff. :confused:

There's a perfectly good tutorial for player models... it just doesn't tackle offset problems created by JK and Joke.

Not my tutorial... you can find Shred's on JKHub, but I don't see mine anywhere.

I don't have a copy with me atm, and I want to try something else first anyway (another method I thought up earlier today).

I'll post back in a bit.

Okay, I think the older one may have been better written, but here's a rewritten tutorial in .doc format (I'm too lazy to convert to html -- anyone wants to covert it be my guest)
