I think you'd better do it yourself. That way you can learn. First, download Mat 16. Depending on your level's style, you can:

- Create a BMP from scratch using Photoshop or Paint

OR

- Simply take one of JK's MATS. In MAT 16, Choose "Open Image from Container", choose "res2" in your Resource folder in JK, choose a MAT that fits your style, and extract it as a BMP. You can then write "Cabin" on it using Paint or Photoshop.

Once you have your BMP, open it in MAT 16, and save it as a MAT file.
And you're done.

You can also you Paint Shop Pro.. it's cheaper than photoshop and looks better than MSpaint.. Good for someone who's not making extremely high quality textures from scratch. Though you could if you wanted to.
