Hey guys, I've been making a SP level, and haven't quite yet got the feel for cogged cutscenes. Then I saw Something about .SMK files. I made one myself and have followed a tutorial to get it working in game, but I t says something like "Cannot find file '?????????' may be in use or corrupt" What the heck does that mean and how do I fix it?! If you need details, just post. PLease help me out!

If you used a newer version of the smacker converter thingie, it probably won't work. I can't remember which one, but JK only reads an older version of the Bink&Smacker tools.
Sam: "Sir we can't call it 'The Enterprise'"
Jack: "Why not!"

JK doesn't like smacker files when they are inside of GOB files.
You'll have to put the smk file in the <root>/video directory
May the mass times acceleration be with you.

I think it's probably as SG-fan said - you used the new(er) Smacker tools.

Go to here: http://www.radgametools.com/smkdown.htm

Then click "The Old Smacker Tools [1.9 MB]"

Using these tools should generate videos JK can read. It took me ages to find out that this was the problem when I made my first Smacker video for JK.

Darthslaw's suggestion is also important - videos in GOBs don't work.

That's a software issue. What DirectX are you running? JK Cutscenes don't work for me, either.
